After replacing the fluorescent UV bulb in my collecting kit, I came upon CF blacklight bulbs on Amazon and proceeded to buy one to enhance my moth hunting locations. Last night it was rainy in Jaffrey, and the spot I found where I had both an outlet and shelter was inside the screened porch. The flaw was that the moths would all be flushed by opening the door to go outside, but on my late night visit to the light there was this Catocala andromedae.
